2. New DMCA exemptions grant data access to vehicle owners

It isn't all that often that the automotive industry hears from the Librarian of Congress, but it was recently announced that exemptions were being added to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to stop the circumvention of measures that control access to copyright works.
