Nearly 45,000 Ford Super Duty trucks delivered with wrong lug wrench

To address this mix-up, Ford issued a Customer Satisfaction Program and is encouraging customers and dealers to complete the replacement as soon as possible.

Approximately 44,699 2023 Ford Super Duty F-250 to F-600 single rear wheel trucks built at the Kentucky plant between March 16, 2022 and June 2, 2023 were delivered with the wrong lug wrench, according to a Ford Authority press release

To address this mix-up, Ford issued a Customer Satisfaction Program – 23B52 – which will not have a mileage limit and is set to remain in effect through September 30, 2024.

Dealers have been instructed to utilize their FSA VIN lists to identify affected customers and then contact them, which just became available yesterday, stated Ford Authority. Ford is encouraging customers and dealers to complete the replacement as soon as possible.
