Milwaukee Tool held its first in-person Pipeline event in Menomonee Falls, Wis. at their Operations Center. The event showcased a variety of new products and product updates that will be launching throughout the remainder of 2022, including updated M12 batteries, extended reach high-speed ratchets, flex head ratchets, magnetic spark plug sockets, and a line of automotive maintenance-focused hammers. Attendees were given the opportunity to see tools in action through a multitude of demonstrations while also being able to give many of the tools a whirl themselves. Below are seven of the new products technicians can expect to see coming down the pipeline from Milwaukee.

1. M12 RedLithium High Output Batteries
Launch date: August 2022
The M12 RedLithium High Output Battery Packs deliver 25 percent more power and run 25 percent cooler to provide users with increased performance in a lighter and more compact package. The battery is built with resistant housing to deliver increased protection against exposure to common oils, greases, and solvents found in automotive and manufacturing environments. The M12 RedLithium High Output CP2.5 and XC5.0 batteries are fully compatible with 125+ M12 solutions.
2. M18 Fuel 1/4" Lockbolt Tool with One-Key
Launch date: July 2022 (out now)
The M18 Fuel 1/4" Lockbolt Tool with One-Key eliminates the need for hoses and compressors while delivering up to 3 times longer life than other solutions. Users can install lockbolts up to 50 percent faster to increase productivity when performing back-to-back applications. The tool delivers 4,500 lbs. (20kN) of pulling force for Magna-Grip, C6L, C120L, Bobtail, and Hucktainer (with Adapter 49-16-2661HT) lockbolts in all materials. As an added benefit, the Lockbolt Tool features One-Key compatibility to allow users to track and manage their tool.
3. M12 Fuel Extended Reach High Speed Ratchets
Launch date: Fall 2022
M12 Fuel 1/4" and 3/8" Extended Reach High Speed Ratchets provide industry-leading speed with a slimmer head profile and extended neck that deliver the longest reach in tight spaces. The ratchets feature an investment cast steel yoke housing and advanced motor capabilities to provide users with superior durability. With 450RPM, the Extended Reach High Speed Ratchets allow users to complete their tasks faster. These cordless ratchets provide the performance of a pneumatic ratchet with up to 35 ft-lbs max torque, the same torque output as Milwaukee's M12 Fuel High Speed Ratchets.
4. RedLithium USB Stick Light with Magnet
Launch date: September 2022
The RedLithium USB Stick Light with Magnet provides technicians with a premium lighting solution for general tasks and inspection work. The compact size and slim light blade design, paired with a strong magnet and hook, allows for lighting coverage in tight spaces and limitless mounting positions. The light delivers 550 lm of output with three brightness modes to manage output and run-time. and also features 220-degrees of vertical light head rotation with four total modes, so users can achieve optimal light positioning and beam control. This stick light is built to withstand the toughest conditions with an IP54 rating and impact resistance for heights up to 6'.
5. 1/2" Drive 18" Flex Head Ratchet
Launch date: October 2022
The 1/2" Drive 18" Flex Head Ratchet with 4-degree arc swing provides users better access and adaptability for work in tight spaces with different angles. To increase control, the ratchet head can flex to 11 different positions and has a lever to lock the head in place. The extended handle length provides users with increased leverage for stubborn nuts and bolts with a slim profile design and a flush directional lever for better accessibility. As an added benefit, the all-chrome finish makes cleaning quick and easy.
6. Magnetic Spark Plug Sockets
Launch date: October 2022
The 6-Point Spark Plug Sockets feature an amplified rare earth magnetic retainer that balances a secure fit with the smooth removal of the spark plug from the socket. Users can leverage the precision knurling for hand tightening and loosening applications while the external hex at the base of the socket fits an 11/16" wrench for additional control. Durably designed for automotive technicians, the sockets and retainers are made to withstand corrosive chemicals and feature stamped size markings to provide easy socket identification.

7. 32 oz. Dead Blow Ball Peen Hammer
Launch date: December 2022
The 32 oz. Dead Blow Ball Peen features a steel reinforced handle to deliver ultimate durability while the precision balanced design offers higher striking power with minimal effort. To increase users' accuracy, the dead blow ball peen hammer’s overmold handle and anti-slip grip provide more control while swinging to strike objects.
