This marks year three of Milwaukee Tool's annual Pipeline event. Similar to past years, the event was held in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin at their Operations Center. "Just getting started" was the motto for this year's event, getting attendees excited to see what Milwaukee Tool had in store for them. Around 100 new products were introduced, including the M12 FUEL 6" Random Orbital Sanders, M12 FUEL Stubby Impact Wrenches, an M12 Auto Shop Borescope w/ Wi-Fi File Sharing, an M18 Magnetic Extendable Boom Light, and much more. Each product booth provided a demonstration of the tool in action and also allowed attendees to try the tool out for themselves. The products will be released throughout the remainder of 2024 and early 2025. In the meantime, here's a closer look at what's to come.
M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE XC8.0 Battery

The M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE XC8.0 Battery Pack delivers HIGH OUTPUT 12.0
power in a smaller size, high-speed cooling for less downtime in high-demanding applications,
35-minute supercharge to 80 percent, and the longest life versus REDLITHIUM batteries. The XC8.0 delivers 8 amp hours of runtime with the same power as the M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT HD12.0, in a smaller size and lighter weight design. The battery pack is COOL-CYCLE capable, providing high-speed cooling for less downtime. The FORGE XC8.0 battery is fully compatible with 275+ M18 solutions.
M12 FUEL Stubby Impact Wrenches Gen II

The next generation M12 FUEL Stubby Impact Wrenches deliver more power, are
lighter weight, and are more compact while delivering 50 percent faster application speeds than the first generation Stubby Impact Wrenches. Leveraging a POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, the impact wrench delivers 0-3,000 RPM with up to 550 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque, allowing the removal of the most corroded and stubborn applications. To change modes, it is a single-handed operation. By shifting the forward-reverse shuttle into neutral and double-tapping the trigger, you will be able to change modes effortlessly.
M18 Magnetic Extendable Boom Light

The M18 Magnetic Extendable Boom Light, and its two articulating arms, provide a long reach in tight spaces. Three swivel points with 900 degrees of vertical rotation
and 890 degrees of horizontal rotation, paired with a strong magnetic base, allow for fast and secure adjustments. The magnetic base includes a release mechanism for easy removal from ferrous surfaces. The M18 Magnetic Extendable Boom Light also comes with a Protective Storage Boot that reduces the magnet strength for safe toolbox storage. The light delivers 2,500 lm of TRUEVIEW High Definition Output for up to 12 hours on low or 4.5 hours on high.
M12 FUEL 6" Random Orbital Sander - 3/16"

Designed for the professional body technician, the M12 FUEL 6" Random Orbital Sander – 3/16" is optimized to supplement pneumatic solutions within shops. It offers the runtime to sand body filler on up to 3-1/4 doors per M12 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT CP2.5 Battery Pack. The innovative ergonomic shape of the palm grip, speed dial, and variable speed trigger allow users a range of 3,200 – 12,000 RPMs. Equipped with a new-to-world, tool-free backing pad change to eliminate the stress and potential damage of the tool when changing pads. The vacuum port allows users to remove debris from the work surface while sanding, both left and right ports are included with the tool to enable users to change the direction of ingress removal.

Front and side view cameras with adjustable LED brightness provide increased application viewing. High-definition photo and video with 4X zoom allow the technician to diagnose hairline cracks with confidence, increasing productivity in the bay.
