The light is perfect for a wide variety of uses, from inspecting under the hood to making repairs or checking fluid levels.

The Stinger 2020 S is the next generation of the Stinger 2020, which revolutionized the idea of a super-bright, rechargeable light. This newest model was developed in response to the demand for charging options that energize both the light and a backup battery simultaneously, ultimately providing a longer run time.
Features and benefits
The Stinger 2020 S battery can be charged inside the light with existing Stinger chargers or via a snap-in PiggyBack charger, ensuring auto technicians will never be without a spare battery during a day’s work. The PiggyBack charger allows technicians to simply pop one battery out of the light and insert a freshly charged one with no downtime.
The light’s mode selector switch eliminates the need to cycle between modes with each use, saving time between each task.

The Stinger 2020 S is powered by a single Stinger 2020 S 5,200mAh protected Li-ion rechargeable battery pack that is rechargeable up to 500 times and can be charged inside the light with existing Stinger chargers or via a snap-in PiggyBack charger.
On high, the Stinger 2020 S delivers 2,000 lm, 25,000 cd, a 315m beam distance, and a 2-hour run time. On low, the light offers an extended run time of 24 hours with 100 lumens, 1,200 cd, and a 70-meter beam distance. Strobe mode runs for 3.25 hours.
The light is made from premium-quality aluminum alloy. It features a BOROFLOAT glass lens that is gasket-sealed. The light measures 7.69" and weighs 12.2 oz.
The Stinger 2020 S is IPX7-rated and is waterproof to 1m for 30 minutes. It is also impact-resistance tested to 2m.
Available in black, the Stinger 2020 S comes in three versions: No. 78201 -- includes a 120V PiggyBack charger, No. 78202 -- includes a 120V Stinger charger, and No. 78200 -- just the light with no charger.
