A: Users register for free at www.innova.com. To begin, users need to locate the vehicle’s DLC port, plug in our diagnostic tool, download information from the vehicle’s computer then transfer that data to the user’s computer using the tool’s USB cable. Any diagnostic trouble codes that may be triggered will be revealed through RepairSolutions and a report will be generated with verified fix information.
