Gray Manufacturing, a manufacturer of heavy duty lifting equipment designed for professional technicians, resolved its patent infringement lawsuit filed in 2016.

The lawsuit was filed against MIT Group and MIT Automobile, Inc., among others doing business under the brand name “Maxima” and manufacturing and/or selling lifts under the brand name “Maxima.”

MIT Group denied liability to Gray, but agreed that it would not contest the validity or infringe on Gray Manufacturing’s three U.S. patents for coordinated lift systems related to wireless lifting devices.
