Q: How did the tool/equipment function as far as saving you time?

A: Repairing vehicles in the heart of the Rust Belt, hammers become a technician’s wing-man. Having a premium hammer by your side certainly makes the day go by smoother. You might be thinking “It’s just a hammer, how special can it really be!?” Trust me when I say these hammers have been a game-changer.

Q: How has using this tool impacted your shop’s profitability?

A: Having a complete assortment of hammers makes any repair technician more efficient and effective at their tasks. Using these hammers offers the power and strength needed to handle tough jobs while at the same time having the appropriate balance and control to not cause unwanted damage to the component you’re striking, or its neighbor.

Q: How easy was it to use?

A: The fantastic comfort/anti-slip grip handle these hammers have has given me a new level of confidence when going into battle. Pair that level of confidence with the added control and power a dead-blow hammer offers and you got yourself your new best friend.

Q: What features did you like?

A: The overall balance of these hammers is fantastic and comes with a lifetime warranty!

Q: Is there any way you could think to improve or add to this tool?

A: The clear-coat type finish on the striking end of the hammers is nice and pretty when they’re new, however, it fairly quickly becomes “smudged “up. I think as time goes by the clear coat will wear off and eventually become a standard non-coated striking surface. There is no degradation to its performance when this happens. This is only a cosmetic issue.

Q: What types of jobs/repairs did you use this tool for?

A: Suspension and brake repairs primarily. Anywhere a hammer is needed!

Q: How does this tool compare to other tools you’ve used like it?

A: Yes, of course, I have used a hammer before, but this is my first time using a Milwaukee brand hammer. I am thoroughly impressed.

Q: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate this tool overall? Why?

A: Ten. This is a premium quality product!
