Q: How did the tool/equipment function as far as saving you time?

It's a flashlight, a reliable one as far as I can tell, which, in the grand scheme of things, is a time saver in itself.

Q: How has using this tool impacted your shop's profitability?

A: By cutting down time, but I wouldn't exactly say that this tool has skyrocketed our shop's profitability.

Q: What kind of setup was involved before using the product?

A: Nothing more than plugging it in to charge before the first use.

Q: How easy was it to use?

A: It's very intuitive, as all flashlights should be, and yet somehow, certain companies complicate the flashlight. That is not the case with this one.

Q: How was its packaging? Did it come with any accessories?

A: It comes in clamshell plastic packaging with clear descriptions of its functions and specifications. It also arrived with a charging cable.

Q: Was there a manual included? If so, did you use the manual, and was the manual easy to understand?

A: There was a manual included, and the instructions were clearly and competently written.

Q: What features did you like?

A: I like that it doubles as a power bank in a pinch. It comes with a telescopic zoom head. It's also well-built. I do not foresee a failure in the near future.

Q: Is there any way you could think to improve or add to this tool?

A: A wall-mounted or tabletop docking station would be cool to see.

Q: What types of jobs/repairs did you use this tool for? Please provide a few specific examples.

A: I used this flashlight particularly with smoke testing intake systems, in turbo mode, on a 2015 BMW X5M.

Q: Have you used a previous version of this tool? If so, what are some new features compared to the old version?

A: I have used other models of this brand, but not the predecessor of this particular model.

Q: Is there anything you had questions or concerns about in regard to the tool?

A: I do not. It works and has not let me down thus far. I'm satisfied with this flashlight.

Q: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate this tool overall? Why?

A: I give it an eight. A quick charging solution like a docking station would be nice. I am also a fan of a warmer light temperature, but that is a personal preference coming from a flashlight addict.
