Q: How did the tool/equipment function as far as saving you time?
A: This one worked well for us. We liked that it was long enough for leverage and being able to
just flip it over for the reverse direction made it simple when checking for proper torque application.
Q: What kind of setup was involved before using the product?
A: None, simply remove it from the blow-molded case.
Q: How easy was it to use?
A: We found it very easy to use, it has a dial setting with a spring-loaded cover.
Q: How was its packaging? Did it come with any accessories?
A: It came in a blow-molded case.
Q: Was there a manual included? If so, did you use the manual, and was the manual easy to understand?
A: There is a simple care and use manual, and I read it. It also came with a torque
certification.
Q: What features did you like?
A: We liked that the drive adapter pushes through the head to reverse the direction of the
application.
Q: What types of jobs/repairs did you use this tool for?
A: Mostly torquing lug nuts on our fleet vehicles, but we did use it for setting preload on a hub bearing, and the quick reverse feature made it super quick to check that we had the proper preload set.
Q: Have you used a previous version of this tool? If so, what are some new features compared to the old version?
A: The only difference I saw was the push-through drive adapter, otherwise, it’s a clicker-style
torque wrench.
Q: Is there any way you could think to improve or add to this tool?
A: Nothing comes to mind immediately, no.
Q: Is there anything you had questions or concerns about in regard to the tool?
A: None.
Q: On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate this tool overall? Why?
A: If you use a 3/4 drive torque wrench, this is a pretty solid choice. I would rate it pretty highly at a nine.
