All codes set immediately on start-up or during bidirectional testing. Could we have yet another bad ECM?

All codes set immediately on start-up or during bidirectional testing. Could we have yet another bad ECM? It is so hard to make a call on a bad module, especially when it has already been replaced! Join ScannerDanner as he attempts to do exactly that, to prove the fault and make the call.

The circuit fault codes: P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161 are for the O2 heaters, P0403 is EGR valve, P0443 is EVAP purge valve, and P0645 is AC clutch relay.
