Sonic Tools launches pathway program that promotes technician growth

Program allows 'affordable growth' of a technician’s tools and toolbox matched with their skill level.

Sonic Tools is proud to announce the launch of its new pathway program designed to assist technicians throughout their career.

The program introduces an innovative way to allow affordable growth of a technician’s tools and toolbox matched with their skill level. A technician can start their career with a basic, or entry level toolset, and as they gain experience and skills, their toolset grows with them by add-on sets that assist with progression through intermediate and advanced skill levels. The pathway program was designed to help alleviate recruiting and retention concerns for businesses by allowing growth opportunities and career advancements that new hires are looking for.

For the individual technician, the Sonic Pathway Program helps reduce the risk of going into debt when purchasing tools for their career. With add-on sets available, technicians no longer need to buy more tools than they need to do their job. As they progress in their career, they can easily advance their toolsets at the most affordable price.

“The launch of the Sonic Pathway Program is another way Sonic is reinventing the tool industry, enabling technicians to earn, not owe,” says Colby McConnell, President of Sonic Tools. “The Sonic Pathway Program creates a solution for individuals and businesses alike… Being able to equip your technicians with the tools they need at each level of their career is a game changer for recruiting and retention.”
