Delphi has announced D&W Diesel, Inc. as an authorized service distributor for Delphi Common Rail Pump and Injectors found on JCB diesel engines. Delphi provides OEM training, service replacement parts and test procedures to D&W Diesel so that they can remanufacture these injectors and pumps to OE specifications and repair the systems using OEM software. Delphi cautions that common rail components should only be serviced by a Delphi authorized service center with trained technicians.

D&W Diesel will be offering both new and remanufactured Delphi Common Rail Pumps and Injectors to the marketplace. D&W has been offering remanufactured diesel engine components for over 35 years including diesel fuel injection, pumps and injectors, turbochargers, rotating electrics, water pumps, fan clutches, charge air coolers, EGR coolers and engine air compressors.

"The remanufacturing option is a cost effective alternative to new replacement parts without sacrificing quality. We remanufacture products back to OE specifications," said JT Pitcher, D&W Fuel Systems Product Manager.

Delphi is the original manufacture of these common rail systems. The common rail fuel system achieves a high fuel pressure that results in increased efficiency, while decreasing emissions.  As a global leader in engine management systems technology, Delphi's Common Rail System provides improved fuel economy and enhanced performance while meeting stringent emission requirements.
