AssetWorks, a leading provider of fleet management software, automated fuel management systems and motor pool and car sharing management systems, announced that A. Duie Pyle (ADP) has contracted to purchase AssetWorks FleetFocus Fleet Management Software, FleetFocus, to manage their diverse and growing fleet.
With nearly 90 years of experience providing LTL and full TL shipping and logistics, ADP is a leader in transport services and warehouse/distribution. To perform these services, ADP operates a fleet of 800 tractors, 1,900 trailers, plus another 825 assets made up of light duty passenger cars and trucks, forklifts and other equipment. This equipment is operated and maintained across an extensive terminal network in the Northeast US.
ADP needed a system that was technologically advanced and could provide out-of-the-box functionality to manage all aspects of the maintenance of their diverse fleet from cradle-to-grave. They selected AssetWorks Fleet Management Software through a competitive procurement process that included visits to current AssetWorks customers to see the system working in the real-world.
FleetFocus Fleet Management Software was developed by fleet managers for fleet managers and has a proven track record with over 25 years of use. FleetFocus tracks all functions related to the maintenance of vehicles and equipment, including processing repair and preventive maintenance work orders, capturing operating expenses and offers billing and tracking for vehicle equipment usage.
The system has detailed billing and reporting capabilities and can be integrated to ERP and accounting systems, among others. FleetFocus gives managers access to real-time data that can help business manage their fleets proactively.
