Cygnus Business Media welcomes Tom Neil as publisher of Fleet Maintenance magazine. Neil was most recently the Group Director of Integrated Sales at Penton Media, where he led sales efforts for their Fleet Owner and American Trucker titles. Prior to joining Penton, Neil worked for Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America as marketing and communication manager.

"I'm extremely pleased to be joining Cygnus and the Fleet Maintenance team," said Neil. "Fleet Maintenance has an excellent reputation for meeting the needs of its readers and customers and I look forward to making that bond stronger and meet client needs in creative and meaningful ways."

"Tom brings industry expertise and marketing know-how to Fleet Maintenance, which holds great promise to the market as he converts his many ideas into new and exciting products," said Larry Greenberger, group publisher, Cygnus Transportation Group. "We both agree that maintenance will be critical to fleet operations in the future and the magazine is the only editorial environment dedicated to all maintenance; all classes; all management; all the time!"

Fleet Maintenance is focused on helping subscribers address their number-one concern – keeping vehicles and fleets operating efficiently with minimal downtime. The magazine and online products cover all aspects of fleet maintenance to ensure readers receive a curriculum for running a top-notch maintenance operation.

Between its print and online products, Fleet Maintenance reaches more than 100,000 decision makers and the magazine received several top honors at the ninth annual Truck Writers of North America (TWNA) Communications Awards program.
