Dossier Systems announced that Rick Longobart will deliver the keynote address at the 2018 Dossier Summit, taking place April 17-19 in Philadelphia. Longobart is a widely recognized leader in fleet, facilities and waste management.
Longobart will speak about utilizing leadership skills to streamline operations and build a strong team, resulting in improved morale and increased productivity, and boosting employee retention. He will emphasize that creating such an environment does not cost a lot of money, but stems from learning people skills and using those skills in innovative ways.
With more than thirty years in fleet management and a long standing advocate in the green movement, Longobart is known for his quest for safer and greener fleets, facilities and communities. He has worked tirelessly to reduce greenhouse gas emmisions and waste generation, and improve air quality through the implementation of alternative fuels, including facility energy reduction strategies. In his current position as the Western Regional Sales Manager for EJ Ward, he represents the leading edge, state-of-the-art technology of fuel management.

In 2014, Longobart formed Longobart-Ross Consulting, Inc., a firm focused on helping to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of fleet, transportation and technology companies. For twenty-nine years, he has been an active member of several industry associations including the Municipal Equipment Maintenance Association where he served as President for ten years.
