The American Council of Frame and Alignment Specialists (ACOFAS) http://www.acofas.com is holding a technician training clinic on Hendrickson truck suspensions at Hendrickson-International’s Hendrickson Truck Commercial Vehicle Systems facility in Woodridge, Ill.
Hendrickson (www.hendrickson-intl.com) designs and manufactures suspension systems and components for heavy duty trucks and trailers.
Not only is this a learning opportunity, say ACOFAS officials, it will help celebrate Hendrickson's 100th Anniversary.
Hendrickson has made many changes to its Airtek, Softek, Steertek, Haulmaax, Ultimaax and Primaax suspensions, they note. Many of these enhancements will be covered in the training.
The Woodridge facility is where much of the research, development and testing of Hendrickson Truck related suspension products are performed. Those who attend the training session will get a behind the scenes look at Hendrickson and the facility.
The training clinic is set for this Oct 22 and 23.
