The Dart Network’s professional driver training program Advantage Driver University (ADU) is attracting student drivers by offering incentives that are difficult to turn down.
Drivers who have completed 160 hours and have earned their commercial driver’s license from an accredited school are eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 from Dart.
After completing ADU, drivers can earn a $1,500 graduation sign-on bonus for completing training and beginning their career with Dart.
“Driving school grads should take advantage of these great offers,” said ADU driver training manager Randy Luckow. “Not only does Dart have one of the most generous tuition reimbursements in the industry, we’ve also partnered with schools to pay student tuitions UP FRONT. That’s absolutely no cost to the driver.”
It’s a combination, Luckow said, that is hard for entry-level drivers to turn down.
Luckow is also quick to point out that ADU isn’t just for drivers who are new to the industry. Professional drivers who have a valid Class A driver’s license, but left the industry and want to restart their driving career are also eligible for the program.
Dart also offers a “family and friends” training program that allows drivers to train their friends and family members.
“Our goal is to help new and returning drivers get off to a good successful start no matter where they are in their career or how much behind-the-wheel experience they have,” Luckow said.
