Noregon announced the release of an updated training video series available online at www.jprofleetproducts.com. Each of the videos focus on a particular feature or function within JPRO Professional and provides viewers with simple-to-follow instructions to access the tools that will enhance their capabilities.

Jason Hedman, JPRO Product Manager and former technician, noted “JPRO is the top in-shop diagnostic and repair tool because it was created with the technician in mind. For the training videos, Noregon consulted with ASE-certified technicians and chose the features of JPRO that would help service professionals expedite repairs and increase their efficiency levels.”

Each video is less than 10 minutes long and provides the training that technicians need to fix every truck, every time. The video series begins with introductory information such as connecting to the vehicle and navigating the home screen, then progresses into more advanced capabilities such as aftertreatment diagnostics, reporting and bi-directional controls.

Building upon Noregon’s objective to educate and empower technicians, the new videos compliment other resources offered by the company -- instructor-led online training is offered four times per month, at no charge, at www.jprofleetproducts.com. These hour-long webinars allow JPRO users to watch expert demonstrations and have questions answered at the end of each session.

All videos are available free-of-charge and will be updated periodically to reflect new features and functions within the software.
