Bogi Lateiner is a committed automotive industry advocate, dealer-trained BMW technician and is the founder and previous owner of the award-winning repair shop, 180 Degrees Automotive in Phoenix, AZ and now focusing her time on her shop Girl Gang Garage. A writer, speaker and teacher, she is passionate about improving the reputation of the automotive industry and changing the way women in particular, experience car and auto repair services. Bogi helps women develop confidence by teaching automotive basics around the country. She also presents results-focused talks and workshops to thousands of shop owners, managers and other small business owners all over the country at conferences, in the classroom and on-site at businesses. Bogi is one of the female mechanic hosts of All Girls Garage, a popular how-to automotive show on MotorTrend Network.

Mike Pressendo is the chief marketing and strategy officer at TechForce Foundation. He is an accomplished digital, branding, and integrated marketing communications leader with a successful record of developing innovative strategies that drive results. Areas of expertise include digital (web, mobile, social media, video, SEO, SEM), branding, consumer experience, advertising, public relations, crisis communications, direct marketing, corporate/cause alliances, business development, fundraising and building high performing teams.

Jay Goninen is the Co-Founder & President of WrenchWay, and the Founder & President of Find A Wrench. Jay started working in his family’s independent repair shop at the age of nine, and has worked in the industry ever since. Jay started his professional career as a technician, and then moved into management roles within the automotive and diesel industries. Jay is the host of the Beyond the Wrench podcast and the WrenchWay Weekly YouTube show.

Anthony Williams is an ASE certified technician with a master’s degree in education. He has taught in both high school and college classes and has guest taught in several schools across the country. Currently, Anthony is an Instructional Designer with Carquest Technical Institute. He has celebrated winning Teacher of The Year in his school in 2016. He has also been invited to speak at several prominent venues over the years about his view on education reform and career education. Anthony is also working on launching a new education model school focused on cross-curricular education across all core content areas with career education as the project source. Anthony is also a family man with a wife and three beautiful children. He enjoys time in the garage with his children modifying toys, and building custom Power Wheels.
