Some owners of 2007-2019 Chevy Avalanche, Silverado, Suburban or Tahoe vehicles, GMC Sierra and Yukon vehicles and Cadillac Escalades may comment on unwanted Stability Activation and/or a Service Stability message.

The EBCM may have set DTC C0710.

This concern may occur if the vehicle’s suspension system has been modified (lift or lowering kits, wrong steering gear installed and/or other than stock size wheels and tires).

Before any in-depth diagnosis is performed, be aware that this concern could occur if the vehicle has been modified.
