Some 2014-2018 Toyota Corolla vehicles equipped with a 2ZR-FE or 2ZR-FAE engine may exhibit a MIL on condition with DTC P2420 (evaporative emission pressure switching valve stuck off). 

Some 2014-2018 Toyota Corolla vehicles equipped with a 2ZR-FE or 2ZR-FAE engine may exhibit a MIL on condition with DTC P2420 (evaporative emission pressure switching valve stuck off). 

The fix requires replacing the charcoal canister and filter sub-assembly.

Clear all DTCs using Techstream. Run the EVAP system check utility (Engine and ECT > Utility > EVAP System Check. Verify that no codes were set during the utility. Test drive to confirm.
