This bulletin applies to 2011-2014 General Motors (GM) passenger cars and light-duty trucks equipped with OnStar. While diagnosing vehicles with an OnStar concern, technicians may find diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B101D-37 in the OnStar module.

GM engineering has identified that this DTC will only display in history on the scan tool and will not cause issues with OnStar operation. Dealers are to disregard this history DTC and address any symptoms described by the customer, including any additional codes that may be current. In short, DTC B101D-37 can be ignored.
