This bulletin applies to 2014 Jeep Wrangler vehicles built on or before April 21, 2014, and equipped with speed control.

The cruise control system may be slow to respond to cruise control switch inputs. The fix? Update the PCM software to the latest version. The software level must be at release 14.03 or higher.
