This bulletin applies to Jaguar F-Pace, XE, XF, XJ and XK vehicles. A customer may report that the steering column does not move when trying to adjust in an up/down or in/out movement.

The cause: steering column calibration can revert to its default values. This will result in no steering column movement. After performing an instrument panel cluster software update, check that the steering column does adjust. If there is no movement, recalibrate the steering column using the SDD tool and confirm column adjustment.
