The webinar will be hosted by Steve Schaeber, MACS manager of service training, along with special guest Peter McArdle, sales and technical instructor and developer with Four Seasons/Standard Motor Products, an OEM Tier 1 supplier of air conditioning and vehicle components and MACS Member located in Irving, Texas.  Learn how to verify and duplicate the customer’s concern:
