The Acustrip Bacteria and Mold Kit for testing fluids is designed to ensure that bacteria and/or mold does not take root. The test is simple to use and results are immediate. A rod applicator is used to swab the affected surface. This is then placed into a specially formulated fluid. If the fluid turns green the surface is clean, if purple then bacteria/mold is present. Once detected, the AC system should be cleaned to restore it to original condition.
