A: Step 1 – Test and Recover Use a Tester to understand the state of your batteries with a detailed snapshot of their condition before you recover them. Then recover with a Recovery Charger. Note: 70% of dead batteries can be returned to better than new condition if you use a recover charger that is able to remove and prevent sulfation crystals growing on the battery plates.
Step 2 – Test and Maintain Use a Tester to ensure batteries are ready to go back into stock. Then maintain in-shop with a maintenance system. Continue to maintain new and restored batteries in peak condition until they are needed. If a battery is NOT being maintained or charged it is discharging and won’t be in peak condition.
Step 3 – Test and Install Use a Tester to ensure batteries are still in peak condition before installing. Install either a Solar Panel and/or a Maintenance System on vehicles. Prevent problems and extend battery life up to three times by installing desulfators on vehicles during routine maintenance.
