The set includes 10-15 in-lbs TorqueControl handle, torque adjustment tool, PicoFinish SlimLine handle, SoftFinish SlimLine handle, SlimLine blade holder, and 15 SlimLine blades in a heavy duty canvas pouch. All tools have been individually tested for insulation integrity. The torque handle has a +/- 6 percent accuracy, is marked with a serial number, and includes a calibration certificate. There is an audible and perceptible click when the pre-set torque has been attained.
