The Shop4D Live Chat and Real-Time Collaboration Update from Auto Profit Masters introduces integrated chat and real-time collaboration on tickets to the software, which is automatically included for any Shop4D subscribers. Shops can now chat with customers in real-time via their website, and it includes an integrated appointment tool for converting chats into appointments, as well as auto-replies during busy hours or after closing time. The update also allows users to see which tickets are currently being created or used, who's working on them, and where the tickets are as they move through the production pipeline.
