SKF names Jeff Guempel automotive aftermarket sales director

  SKF named Jeff Guempel automotive aftermarket director of sales for the SKF Vehicle Service Market, USA, and he will serve as the sales leader for SKF’s independent U.S. automotive team.

SKF named Jeff Guempel automotive aftermarket director of sales for the SKF Vehicle Service Market, USA, and he will serve as the sales leader for SKF’s independent US automotive team.

As automotive aftermarket director of sales, Guempel will work closely with sales managers and sales agencies on a regional level.

Prior to accepting his new role with SKF, Guempel focused his efforts as the automotive program group sales director, preceded by his position as SKF’s western regional sales manager.

“Jeff’s experience and background will serve him well in this new role,” said Tom O’Brien, vice president of automotive sales, VSM. “With his proven track record of over 30 years of automotive aftermarket experience, we are confident that Jeff will continue to bring great success and overall sales growth to this important part of our business.”

Before joining SKF in 2003, Guempel worked with Bondo Corp., Midas International and Federal Mogul. In addition, Guempel has a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a focus in marketing from the University of Missouri.
