Multi Parts Supply announced it is the first company and AAIA member to commit to the Latin Auto Parts Expo, being held for the first time in Panama City, Republic of Panama.

MPS will be an exhibiting sponsor at the Expo July 9 through July 11, 2014.  MPS’ on site show liaison is Ira Davis.

MPS President Brian S. Cohn said, “We are proud to be the first AAIA/AIA member to commit to the show. We recognize this chance for growth in a strong market. This show is an opportunity.” He continued, "Ira Davis and I are both members of the Leadership Council of Auto International, the global trade segment of AAIA.  As the Leadership Council works to provide members enhanced benefits, including networking opportunities, market intelligence, and educational seminars, the Latin Auto Parts Expo provides one platform to facilitate all three. It’s exciting to have this solid foundation to build upon."

MPS Vice President of Global Business Development Jamey Mesaros will also attend the expo. He said, "We are very enthusiastic about the Latin American market as an ideal location for future growth. "

The Latin Auto Parts Expo provides manufacturers and distributors direct access to the Latin American and Caribbean OEM, replacement parts, aftermarket parts, automotive remanufactured parts, and tuning markets. With its Duty Free Zone, Panama is an advantageous and strategic location for the Expo. Panama is an international air and ocean hub enabling travelers and cargo to reach Latin America, the Caribbean and most of the globe.

A privately held American company, MPS is a developer and manufacturer of aftermarket auto parts for full line manufacturers and their leading global brands. Headquartered in Jupiter, Fla., MPS has a fully integrated global network of manufacturing facilities, testing laboratories, logistics, quality control and customer support facilities in Florida, New York, Europe and China.
