Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, today announced that users of Shopmonkey auto shop management software can now access the Epicor Integrated Service Estimator (ISE) solution to help increase revenue, boost productivity at the service counter and in the repair bay, and strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ISE solution, already in use at nearly 5,000 automotive service locations, is a powerful, cloud-based estimating and parts sourcing tool that dramatically reduces the time needed to identify and accurately estimate virtually any common vehicle maintenance or repair need, including tire replacement. Shopmonkey is a cloud-based system that simplifies the complexity of running an auto repair business by consolidating everything needed to run a shop – appointment scheduling, estimates, inspections, parts ordering, customer communications, payment processing and more – in a single, user-friendly platform. Shops can now add the Epicor ISE solution to their Shopmonkey subscriptions to enjoy seamless access to an array of proven business growth tools. Epicor ISE provides all the necessary information to identify, price, and order replacement parts and enables users to generate fast, accurate estimates – all without relying on the telephone or opening another browser window.

“Our integration with Epicor ISE demonstrates the tremendous value of cloud-based technologies for the auto repair industry,” said Shopmonkey CEO and Founder Ashot Iskandarian. “Not only do our customers have ISE’s premier replacement parts database at their fingertips, but they can quickly transfer parts straight to a Shopmonkey order. We are excited about the ways that this integration is helping our customers to further streamline and grow their businesses.”The ISE solution is powered by the industry-leading Epicor PartExpert replacement parts database and includes hundreds of timesaving preconfigured repair packages featuring all the parts needed for specific jobs. In addition, the solution offers an aftermarket flat-rate labor guide, OEM-recommended vehicle service intervals information, cross-reference parts database, and more. ISE users now can also access the popular TireConnect tire estimating and sourcing tool.“Adding Epicor ISE can have an almost immediate, positive impact on shop revenue and productivity, margin performance, and customer satisfaction,” said Tim Hardin, senior vice president and general manager, automotive, Epicor. “We are thrilled to extend these benefits to nearly 2,000 shop locations that are now using Shopmonkey to take their businesses to new levels of efficiency and success.”
