Continuing to expand on the mini-impact wrench category that Mighty-Seven (M7) created, the first composite body, twin-hammer mini was added in 2014. The King Tony America 1/2" Drive Air Impact Wrench, No. NC-4232Q, features 700 ft/lbs of max reverse torque, weighs only 3 lbs, and is surprisingly quiet at only 83 dBA. This unit is small enough to fit in tight areas, comfortably light and quiet enough to limit hearing loss. Other features include a front grease port, and a forward/reverse lever that can be modified for left- or right-handed users. This tool comes with the company's three-year limited warranty.
This tool is well-suited for lower vehicle/chassis maintenance in tight areas (shock mounts and bumper mounts). The NC-4232Q also works well handling lug nuts and for engine compartment maintenance in tight spaces.
According to the company, the NC-4232Q:
The NC-4232Q represents the company's fourth generation of an innovative air tool concept. The market demanded a lighter, smaller impact wrench, without the loss of power in return.
King Tony's Mighty-Seven (M7) pneumatic tools are made in Taiwan. The main body of the NC-4232Q is made from a composite material, while the front and rear housings consists of high-strength aluminum. With a weight of only 3 lbs, the tool provides 700 ft/lbs of maximum reverse torque in five seconds at 90 psi. The NC-4232Q's free speed is 10,000 rpm, and it exceeds OSHA standards of 83dBA during operation.
One piece is contained in an inner carton, while 10 pieces are stored in a master pack carton. Inner and master cartons can ship via parcel post, UPS and FedEx. A small table top display (No. AD-306) is available, but it is sold separately.
