QualaWash Holdings, LLC, North America's largest independently owned provider of commercial cleaning & maintenance services to the portable bulk container industry, today announced two new acquisitions: Shreveport Tank Wash in Shreveport, LA and Tank Wash Specialists in Neenah, WI. Both purchases were finalized in the fourth quarter of 2012, making them the third and fourth acquisitions for QualaWash in that quarter.

"Acquiring businesses like these with strong reputations and solid customer bases is consistent with our future growth strategy. We want to maximize our service offerings to existing customers as we expand so are strategically moving into new markets with new and enhanced services whenever possible. The Shreveport location, for example, services bulk and intermediate bulk containers transporting petroleum products. We are excited to now offer this service to our customers doing business in the petroleum-rich gulf region. I expect QualaWash to continue expansion efforts like this where it makes sense in 2013."
