Meritor Inc. announced it is extending emergency and unit-down ordering hours for its Florence, Kentucky and Brampton, Ontario, Canada distribution centers. Daily hours for ground freight orders will be extended to 4:30 PM ET.
“This change is in direct response to customer feedback,” says Danelle Carter, director, Global Customer Care for Meritor. “We are pleased to accommodate customer requests, especially when it can have such a positive impact on daily business activity."
Previously, the cut-off time for emergency and unit-down orders was 3 PM ET. Air freight emergency and unit-down orders will continue to be accepted until 5:30 p.m. ET.
Emergency and unit-down orders can be placed by phone at 888-725-9355 (800-387-3889 in Canada), by fax 859-525-3508 (905-450-7993 in Canada) or at meritorpartsonline.com.
