Most of the donation will be used for student scholarships.

Caliber Collision Centers donated $15,000 to secondary and post-secondary students through the Collision Repair Education Foundation.  About $12,000 of the gift will go toward 2014 Caliber Collision Centers name student scholarships, facilitated by the Collision Repair Education Foundation. Furthermore, $3,000 of this gift will go toward the Education Foundation's Collision Repair Education Campaign, the organization's general fund that assists with the operating budget and other support to collision schools and students.

"Caliber Collision has a long-standing commitment to workforce development.  Our commitment to the Collision Repair Education Foundation is one of the many ways we ensure that today's young adults see our industry as a challenging and profitable profession.  We look forward to awarding scholarships to future collision repair industry leaders across the southwest," stated Mark Sanders, COO for Caliber Collision Centers.

Collision Repair Education Foundation Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode said, "Through collision industry members investing in their local secondary and post-secondary collision school programs, instructors, and students will we be able to foster a future of entry-level staff that are capable and efficient workers. I thank Caliber Collision for their continued support of the Collision Repair Education Foundation and their local collision schools."
