Redline Detection announced the launch of an education initiative designed to onboard professional automotive and heavy duty technicians. Redline’s 2020 Vision for Technicians will provide $20,000 in scholarship tools and equipment to public high school and community college programs that train technicians to be work-ready. Redline Detection made the announcement during AAPEX, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“The automotive aftermarket is a trillion-dollar industry. To continue this amazing growth, we need to onboard well-trained, knowledgeable technicians... Young technicians need our support and we are here for them,” said Alex Parker of Redline Detection. “By providing schools with top-quality tools and training, we are not only setting up students for success in their future career, we are ensuring that our industry continues to thrive. I challenge other manufacturers to join Redline in support of young technicians and the future of our industry.”
