This bulletin applies to 2015 Chrysler 300 vehicles built on or after Nov. 6, 2014, and on or before Dec. 9, 2014. Customers may experience a slight vibration/shake felt in the seat and/or floor.

The condition, generated from the rear of the vehicle, is most noticeable on very smooth roads or steady-state cruising speeds of 60-80 mph. Upon further investigation, the concern may be narrowed down to the rear axle shafts.

1. Raise the vehicle and locate the axle shaft identification labels.

2. Inspect the affected date code range on both axle shaft labels.

3. If the date code range is any number between 3094 through 33847, replace both rear axle shafts.
