This bulletin applies to 2014-2019 Chevy Corvette vehicles. Some customers may comment on interference at the hood air extractor and/or hood blanket after the installation of the Performance Cold Air Intake.

This condition may be caused by a slight build variation of the surge tank coolant hose and modified routing due to the larger performance air intake. This can be corrected by modifying the retaining clip and clocking of the coolant hose clamp.

Remove and discard the retaining clip that secures the coolant surge hose to the air box. Ensure that the coolant hose is retained at the original fender clip location. If this clip is not present, it must be ordered and installed.

Rotate the coolant hose clamp approximately 90-degrees forward and check clearance to the hood extractor and MAF tube. Adjust as necessary.
