This bulletin applies to 2011 Cadillac Escalade models. The IPC backlighting may remain on with the ignition off.

If the top DIC switch is pressed and held, the IPC backlighting will turn off while held. The odometer and driver information display will flicker, and the instrument panel display may change on its own.

According to Cadillac, if these conditions are present, it is necessary to replace the DIC switch assembly.
