This bulletin applies to 2009-2011 Honda Pilot models that exhibit one or more of the following problems:

  • Navigation or the audio/HVAC displays don’t work.
  • Door locks and keyless remotes don’t work.
  • Tailgate won’t release.
  • Rear glass won’t open.
  • Power seat or power tailgate won’t work with the key off.

If this is the case, check for a blown red 10-amp fuse 23 in the under-hood fuse/relay box. It could mean that there is a shorted RES (rear entertainment system) power supply wire that’s pinched between the dash hanger and pin.
