Fixing Lincoln Underbody Rattle

Loose underbody shield fasteners may be causing a rattling noise from the underbody of Lincoln Continental vehicles.

Some 2017 Lincoln Continental vehicles built on or before Oct. 19, 2016 may exhibit a rattle noise from the underbody.

This may be due to the movement of loose underbody shield fasteners attached to the underbody shields.

With the vehicle on a lift, inspect for loose or missing fasteners. Replace with P/N H2GZ-19E525-A (kit).
