Some 2015-2016 Ford F Super Duty trucks equipped with a 6.7L engine may have a MIL on with DTC P2002 only. This will involve replacing the catalyst/particulate filter assembly and re-programming the PCM. Refer to service manual section 309-00 for catalyst/filter assembly service. Reprogram to the latest calibration using IDS release 107.01 or higher. The catalyst and particulate assembly is available as P/N FC3Z-5H270-D and FC3Z-5H270-C.

If the truck was built on or before Nov. 1, 2016, you’ll also need five retaining pins, P/N W717460-S300. Note that the pins only come as packs of four, so you need to order two packs. Other parts needed include six intermediate pipe nuts P/N W520113-S441, two intermediate pipe gaskets P/N BC3Z-5E241-A and two downpipes to DPF bolts P/N W718005-S900.
