Catalyst Sensor Issue for Ford F-150

Some 2010 Ford F-150 vehicles equipped with a 4.6L or 5.4L engine and 2011-2012 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 5.0L engine may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P2270 (catalyst sensor Bank 1) or P2272 (catalyst sensor Bank 2).

Using a scan tool, check to see if either of these codes are present. If so, replace only the affected catalyst monitor sensor.
