Improving Audi front air spring struts

This bulletin applies to 2019-2020 Audi Q8 vehicles equipped with self-leveling suspension.

This bulletin applies to 2019-2020 Audi Q8 vehicles equipped with self-leveling suspension.

Noises may be heard from the front axle when driving on uneven roads/speed bumps, with settings in allroad/off-road mode.

Make sure that the noises can be clearly assigned to the air spring struts on the front axle. Improved air spring struts have been fitted in production since Jan. 7, 2019.

First, check the front air springs part number. If the air spring struts have index AD, replace the part with index AR for both air spring struts on the front axle.

If the air spring struts have index AE, replace them with index AS.
