Reprogramming RAM PCM

    This bulletin applies to 2014 RAM ProMaster 3500 vehicles equipped with a 3.6L engine and built on or before Sept. 12, 2013. The owner may see a MIL on. The technician may find DTC P0606 (internal control processor).

    Reprogram the PCM with the latest software. Software level must be at release 14.01 or higher to perform this procedure.

    This bulletin applies to 2014 RAM ProMaster 3500 vehicles equipped with a 3.6L engine and built on or before Sept. 12, 2013. The owner may see a MIL on. The technician may find DTC P0606 (internal control processor). Using a scan tool, check for other DTCs and correct them as needed first.

    Reprogram the PCM with the latest software. Software level must be at release 14.01 or higher to perform this procedure.
