Use Correct Tool on Kia Wheel Bearings

    This bulletin applies to all Kia vehicles. Some wheel bearings are collected at dealerships at random for in-depth analysis to determine the root cause of replacement.

    This bulletin applies to all Kia vehicles. Some wheel bearings are collected at dealerships at random for in-depth analysis to determine the root cause of replacement.

    In some cases, the wheel bearings collected show signs of mutilation of the inner bearing race and cannot be used for analysis. It is recommended that the appropriate SST is used to remove and install wheel bearings as shown in KGIS to prevent further damage to the replacement part.
