This bulletin applies to 2014-2015 Jeep Cherokee vehicles equipped with AGS (active grille shutter system). The MIL may be on and DTC U11E9 is either active or stored.

This bulletin applies to 2014-2015 Jeep Cherokee vehicles equipped with AGS (active grille shutter system). The MIL may be on and DTC U11E9 is either active or stored. This code refers to lost communication with AGS if the vehicle is started while the AGS electrical harness is disconnected.

If this code is present, confirm that the AGS electrical harness is properly connected. Disconnection may have occurred during front fascia service.
