    Smoothing Prius Rough Running Condition

    Owners of 2012-2015 Prius PHV vehicles and 2012-2016 Prius V vehicles (equipped with a 22ZR-FXE engine) may complain about rough running and the MIL on.

    Owners of 2012-2015 Prius PHV vehicles and 2012-2016 Prius V vehicles (equipped with a 22ZR-FXE engine) may complain about rough running and the MIL on. 

    The technician may find DTCs P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0304 (misfire) during light acceleration while the EGR system is active. The likely fix: replace the intake manifold assembly, using the revised intake manifold assembly P/N 17120-37054.
